(iii) The Initiative shall monitor and examine each agency’s development to the targets set up in its Company Plan and shall coordinate with the company to assure that its System consists of measurable and action-oriented plans.
(f) The Department shall provide funding and administrative guidance for the Initiative and the Interagency Functioning Group, to the extent permitted by legislation and inside existing appropriations.
